CrossFit: As described in our “philosophy” section, these 60 minute classes will feature a variety of moderate to intense exercise. Movements including but not limited to; Pull-ups, push-ups, box jumps, kettlebell swings, wall ball shots, double unders, muscle ups,  running, rowing, handstand push-ups, burpees, and all variety of squats and barbell movements. Apex Bootcamp classes: These 45 minute classes will feature varied movements and intense exercise, but longer duration metcons and no barbell movements are the program's speciality. Quick and dirty workouts with dumbbells, boxes, plyometrics, sprints and bodyweight movements! Join Now

Apex Powerlifting and Weightlifting: These 60 minute classes are designed for athletes looking to tighten up their Olympic style weightlifting movements/powerlifting movements (SBD) and gain some serious strength. The entire hour focuses on a lift, a squat, then finally a pull. This basic method has proven itself time and time again to improve squat/pull strength and raise efficiency in the Snatch,Clean & Jerk, Bench Press, and Deadlift.
